Method : Forty-five patients with paranasal sinus neoplasms were performed maxillectomy and repaired the defect by frontal muscle flap , temporal muscle flap , and musculus pectoralis major flap .

方法：回顾分析45例鼻窦肿瘤行上颌骨切除，即刻用全额肌皮瓣、颞肌皮瓣、胸大肌皮瓣等修复组织缺损患者的临床资料。

Results Sufficient intraoperative sedation / analgesia reached in each group . Degrees of pain during local anesthesia or / and creating breast prostheses spaces behind musculus pectoralis major , which were obvious in group P-F-K and could be relieved by superaddition of analgetics , were found in minor patients .

结果2组患者的术中镇静镇痛效果满意，少数患者在局麻药注射或/和分离胸大肌后间隙时出现不同程度疼痛，其中P-F-K组较为明显，在追加镇痛药物后缓解。

Record the SBP , DBP , SPO2 , HR and the time of consciousness at the time of anesthesia , after anesthesia , the begining of operation , the time of musculus pectoralis major and the end of operation .

记录麻醉前、麻醉后、手术开始时、分离胸大肌时、术毕时的SBP、DBP、SPO2、HR及术毕清醒时间，术中记忆、术后头晕、恶心、呕吐的发生例数。
